At Richtag Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. For exchange requests, the customer will be responsible for one side of the shipping cost, while Richtag Clothing will cover the return shipping cost for sending the exchanged item back to the customer.
Refunds are only applicable in cases where the customer receives a damaged item or an incorrect product sent by our team. Customers must report such issues within 7 days of delivery by sharing clear pictures of the product so we can verify that the item belongs to Richtag Clothing. Once the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within the following 7 business days.
Please note that items that are used, washed, damaged after delivery, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We also do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or any issue that does not involve a damaged or incorrect product sent by us.
